At MLS Custom Travel we are a full-service agency. 

Your trip is recommended based on you. We take pride in building a relationship with you and making sure we get to know you so that we can provide you with the best possible options for your holiday to ensure you have the perfect trip with memories that will last a forever.

We offer a complementary 30-minute consultation, where we get to know each other, discuss your interests, travel style, length of your vacation, time of year, and estimated budget so we can propose options base on your requirements.

  • Deal With Real People – We are real people. You will have our full name, telephone number and email address.  We work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 and by appointment in the evening and weekends.  If you have an unforeseen issue while travelling we are available regardless of time zone.

  • Increased Safety – We ensure you are aware of all issues regarding safety prior to travelling including Covid updates for the country or countries travelling to as well as any government issued alerts.

 PROFESSIONAL FEES 

Customized Itineraries 

  • MLS Custom Travel charges a per trip research and professional planning fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee is due after the consultation and prior to initiating trip planning. 

 

  • The Professional Planning fee includes consultation, research, planning, quote preparation, booking and confirmation of air, rail, car, accommodations, transfers, guided tours and entertainment. 

 

  • We leverage our global network of preferred suppliers and our professional expertise to design a trip to exceed your expectations.

 

  • To start the researching process, I require a $150.00 + tax per person fee. This deposit will cover up to 4 hours of research and design. Should I exceed 4 hours, there may be an additional charge to a maximum of $600.00; you will be notified of additional time prior to being billed.  This cost is additional to your package price. 

All Inclusive Resort Packages, Cruise Only, Luxury Resorts & Luxury Hotels and Packaged Tours 

  • A deposit of $100 + taxes per household, will be charged after consultation and prior to providing any recommendations or quote information.

Disney Park Planning

  • Starts at $150.00 + taxes per household, based on complexity of planning. This will be determined prior to charging.  

  • Does NOT include Disney Cruises or Adventures by Disney – refer to cruise and package fee pricing 

Destination Weddings

  • Starting with a minimum of 5 rooms or cabins. Professional fee of $300 + taxes per group. 

Group Travel

  • This includes a group of travellers with a customized itinerary (family reunions, multi-generational travel, incentive groups, etc.) starting with a minimum of 5 rooms or cabins.  

  • Starting at $100 + taxes per household, clients must reside at the same address. 

Airline Tickets (flight only itineraries) 

  • We have an elite flight team charged with finding our clients the best flight solution. We access all public fares as well as wholesale fares.

  • Fees for booking air: Starts at $50.00 + taxes per person for airline tickets. Complex air routing with multiple stops will be more and will be determined prior to research.

  • Air fees will not be charged if air is part of trip.

  • Private jets will be quoted separately.

Travel Insurance

  • MLS Custom Travel recommends that travellers purchase travel insurance for all trips. We do not charge a fee on the purchase of travel insurance policies. 

Cancellation and change fees.

  • These fees are in addition to any cancellation or charge fees charged by airlines, cruise lines, tour operators or other vendors as outlined in the terms and conditions. $100.00 per person + taxes for cancellation or changes. 

Declined Credit Card

  • A fee of $25.00 + taxes will apply to each OCCURRENCE of a declined credit card.

Error on Information supplied on Booking Form for Client Profile

  • If the information supplied by the client is not correct, and bookings are made with the wrong information (information supplied from passport is not correct, missing middle name, incorrect spelling of names), client will be charged all fees assessed by the provider of the service and a $100.00 + taxes change fee.

  • MLS Custom Travel assumes no responsibility for incorrect information supplied

Our fees are based on the complexity of the trip and are calculated as an overall project cost after the initial consultation. 

 

Additional airline and additional travel management fees for increased trip requirements or changes may apply depending on the trip. 

 

You will be notified and asked for confirmation that you understand and agree to the charges prior to being charged.

 

If work is done and no trip is booked the fees are still charged and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
